Arafat was indicted by the Military Prosecutor’s Office in the SMURD helicopter case

The Head of the Department for Emergency Situations (DSU), Raed Arafat, has the status of a defendant in the SMURD helicopter acquisition case, after new hearings at the Military Prosecutor's Office attached to the Bucharest Military Tribunal.
