Luca Niculescu: Only a third of companies intend to invest in development

Prime Minister Luca Niculescu stated on Tuesday, during the launch of the third edition of the "Barometer of Entrepreneurs Building Romania," that only a third of companies still intend to invest in development—down from more than half in 2024.
