New rules for the transport of dangerous goods in Romania take effect on Thursday

New rules governing the road transport of dangerous goods will apply in Romania starting Thursday, September 17th. The changes cover everything from mandatory documents and markings to the classification of violations and the measures that authorities may take during roadside inspections.
